About us

Greenlane House Care Home was established over 20 years ago and purchased by Kim and Philip Rogerson in 2020. Our Registered Manager is highly experienced in care.

What we provide

Fully trained staff for 24 hours a day, excellent home-cooked meals and snacks, provision of special diets, a laundry service, book and video library service, WIFI and so much more.

The importance of a wide and varied activities programme cannot be underestimated and at Greenlane House we try to deliver a comprehensive selection of activities, hobbies, exercise and fun.

It is incredibly important to us that our residents continue to enjoy their favourite activities and hobbies and maybe even try some new ones.

My Mam has been at Greenlane house for nearly 18 months now and has just celebrated her 90th birthday. We had a fantastic party for her which was attended by staff, residents, and families. I have to say the staff at Greenlane are second to none and treat residents and relatives like family. It is a pleasure to walk through the door and visit my Mam and her friends. I feel we certainly lucked out finding Greenlane and I recommend it to everyone.

My Mum has recently been admitted to Greenlane House as a resident. I would just like to say how impressed I have been by all the staff who work there - nothing has been too much trouble and they have gone out of their way to help my mum settle into her new home. The staff have always greeted me and my family with a friendly smile despite all the stress they must be under with the Covid pandemic. The manager in particular has been exceptional. I also think the addition of an activities co-ordinator has been a very positive idea.

I am writing this review exactly one year on from when my mother came to live in Greenlane House because she needed 24 hour care. And what a year it turned out to be! Despite the enormous difficulties they have had to face because of Coronavirus restrictions and rules which were and probably still are ever changing at short notice, the staff have been amazing.

My mother's personal care in an atmosphere of cheerful resilience to such a tough situation is exemplary.......and the food is excellent too!

Mam has been at Greenlane House for a little over a month and we are so very happy with the care she is receiving and how well she has settled.

Communication from Rachel (Manager) and Fiona (deputy manager) is excellent and all staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They have been wonderful in helping our family with video calls, visits and keeping us informed and reassured during the difficult covid lockdown.
